What is the Muslim belief about circumcision?

Muslims believe that every male should be circumcised. Circumcision is one of the aspects of the Fitrah, or natural way that humans are inclined towards by their Lord. Other aspects include: trimming the finger and toe nails, removing the hair from armpits and pubic region, trimming the mustache and letting the beard grow (for males, of course) and brushing the teeth. If one contemplates this, you will notice that matters, along with circumcision, distinguish the human beings from beasts on a hygienic level.
